As Vice President of Sales and Construction for Headwaters Development, Michael is heavily involved in managing many aspects of the company's operation. Whether it be seeking out and researching new development opportunities, approving architectural design, guiding the sales team in their efforts to exceed our clients' expectations, negotiating terms of agreements, obtaining permits or meeting on site to guide projects and liaise with sub-contractors, his responsibilities are extensive.

Mr. King is a product of Memorial University of Newfoundland where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Since graduation he has been working in real estate sales and development in Newfoundland, Canada, where he most recently oversaw the development of one of our Canadian parent company's flagship communities and was a Broker and award winning Realtor® for Re/Max Plus Realty Inc.

Michael effectively applies his knowledge and expertise to help lead the Headwaters Development team in further developing their reputation as a high quality builder in Southwest Florida.
