As Director of Sales and Design, Katherine is an integral part of the Headwaters Development team. Katherine works with Headwaters clients and homeowners through every step of the purchase, design, planning, and construction phases. Our homeowners each hold special priorities, lifestyles, and design preferences. Katherine's main focus is on listening to these and working closely with the Headwaters team and local architects to determine the most desirable location, floor plan, and customized design elements to create the home that speaks to each homeowner's unique vision and lifestyle.

Katherine's love of creating exceptional spaces was first realized in the form of interior design and space planning. After completing the Residential Planning program at the Art Institute, Katherine began working on renovation and new construction projects with the Headwaters team and quickly fell in love with the process of designing and building luxury homes from the ground up. The natural progression into real estate allowed Katherine to integrate her love of design, sales, planning, and construction into one exciting role with the company. Katherine's thoughtful approach to creating uplifting and inspiring spaces, paired with the utmost level of professionalism and twenty years in Naples, allows her to provide seamless guidance every step of the way.
