Frank Vespi is a State Certified General Contractor and Senior Project Manager with Headwaters Construction LP and is based in Naples, Florida. His role and responsibilities with Headwaters include coordinating construction activities from permitting through project completion, liaising with clients, contracting and managing necessary building trades, approving payment requests, and ensuring the successful and efficient closeout of projects upon completion.
Frank Vespi has extensive experience as a general contractor and project manager, including more than 40 years in the construction industry, and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. His work has spanned all areas of the construction industry: heavy civil construction, including a new runway at Fort Lauderdale International Airport; commercial construction, including a restaurant and banquet hall in Oakville, Ontario; and high-end residential construction in Naples, Florida. Frank's skills include attention to detail, working proactively to efficiently and effectively complete tasks and projects, decisive problem solving, and ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction.
